The Kiwanis Club of Klang is over 30 years old and has distinguished itself as one of Royal Towns leading Service organizations.

Today we have a membership of 32 dedicated members who continue to do amazing things for our community despite being very busy people.

Over the years we have assisted hundreds of Down Syndrome Children get a good start in life through our Down Syndrome Foundation Centre in Klang.

We also assist poor children with new bags, uniforms and books to get them ready for back to school with our “Back to School Program”

We run a annual Youth Leadership Camp for 80 children under the Kiwanis Key Leader program. This 3 day , 2 night program  is transformative for the children who attend where they are taught good values and servant leadership

We have a comprehensive Youth development program with our K Kids (Primary School) and Key Club (Secondary School) programs. Students learn how to manage projects and engage with their communities In service.

We host 110 children to the movies every year  thanks to our vision partner MBO who together with all the Kiwanis Clubs in Malaysia hosts 3,300 children over 26 screens nation wide.

Through our Children’s Fund we support children with serious medical problems

Annual Christmas Party – this is held every year at the Klang GH where Santa distributes presents to all the 90 children as well as having LaLa the clown to keep the kids entertained

Supporting our indigenous community – The clubs has an annual program of visiting a community of Orang Asli in Carey Island where we bring provisions and other goodies.
